This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store seori.de within Germany.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been received.

Please carefully check your delivery address. We are not liable for delivery delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain order value—please refer to our current offers and promotions.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–2 business days

Available options and prices are displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping Area

Shipping is available within Germany only.

International deliveries are currently not available.

Any regional surcharges or delivery-related fees within Germany are borne by the customer (e.g. island surcharges charged by parcel services).

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can check the status of your shipment at any time via the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver your order on time.
In the event of unexpected delays (e.g. due to weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues), we will inform you promptly by email.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Please send us photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging for review and documentation.
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of damaged or opened cosmetic products unless the damage can be clearly proven to have occurred during transport.

8. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Prices and VAT

All prices listed are final prices. In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged.
