Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.


Withdrawal Notice

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@seori.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

We cover the return shipping costs. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label and further instructions by email.

Items sent back to us without prior approval cannot be processed.


Condition of Goods & Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away at support@seori.de if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will take care of the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed hygiene products (e.g. underwear, skincare products) if the seal has been removed after delivery

Discounted items are not excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they fall under the exceptions listed above.

Gift cards (digital or physical) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it as described above. After the refund has been processed, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email of the status. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Delivery Area

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to orders delivered within the European Union.
